Aiguille des Chamois

Sunrise catches the complex terrain of Aiguille des Chamois in Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve above Chamonix in France, with Aiguille de la Persévérance, the rocky tower on the right-hand side, still in the shade. Captured after a bivvy on the shores of Lacs des Chéserys, where I spent the evening before photographing the bigger peaks on the south side of the Chamonix valley.
